INVESTUSCA / TOOLS / EXCHANGE RATES
Global exchange rates for the next property decision.
Compare a daily reference rate, check its recent range, and carry a currency assumption into a U.S. rental-property model. The tool is designed for context—not for live trading or a guaranteed transaction quote.
REFERENCE RATE TOOL
Compare currencies before the money moves.
Use a daily public reference rate to put a U.S. purchase, rent, or transfer into a clearer currency context.

Source
Frankfurter public reference rates are designed for comparison and education. They are not a bank quote, remittance quote, tax rate, or guarantee of a transaction price.

Bring the currency assumption into the property model.
A currency rate can change the cash needed for a U.S. purchase, but it does not replace market, financing, tax, or operating analysis.
THE METHOD
One daily snapshot. Clear boundaries.
The public page reads a server-side cached snapshot. Users do not trigger a new third-party request by pressing refresh, because there is no refresh control. Historical points are cached separately and are used to show context around the selected pair.
USE IT WITH THE REST OF THE MODEL
A currency assumption is only one line in an underwriting conversation.
EXCHANGE RATE FAQ
What this reference rate can—and cannot—tell you.
How often are the exchange rates updated?
InvestUSCA retrieves a public reference-rate snapshot no more than once per 24 hours. The source generally publishes daily working-day data, so weekends and holidays may continue to show the most recent available date.
Are these bank or remittance rates?
No. These are public reference rates for comparison and education. A bank, broker, remittance provider, or payment service may apply a spread, fee, or different rate.
Can I use this rate for tax or accounting filings?
Do not assume so. Tax and accounting treatment can require a specific date, authority, entity, or jurisdictional convention. Confirm the applicable rate with your tax or accounting professional.
Why does currency matter for a U.S. property purchase?
When your savings or income is held in another currency, exchange-rate movement can change the local-currency cost of a down payment, reserves, debt service, or operating cash flow. It is one assumption within a larger property model.
